Cancellation Policy
We are always happy to reserve time in our schedule, especially for you.
**A non- refundable $25 deposit is required for booking online.**
Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment.
A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment.
Embracing Hands Beauty Bar’s policy states that No Show/Cancellations are:

Arriving more than 10 minutes late for Laser Appointments.

Arriving to your Laser Appointment on Medications (antibiotics) that are sun sensitive.

Arriving to appointment and you have been sun exposed.

Children are not allowed in the service areas/rooms or left unattended in the beauty bar.
No Show/Cancellations, a fee of $25, will be charged to the credit card on file. It also can result in forfeiture of your entire package or a single treatment, depending on type of Package/Coupon/Service you purchased.
RESCHEDULE ALERT:
Late arrivals: Your treatment schedule is very important to us. However, we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling will be necessary if our schedule cannot permit the time. If that occurs, please understand that we cannot guarantee, it may not be within your service time frame. Clients arriving on time will be seen with priority. We make every effort to keep all clients with the proper time frame for optimum results.
